Temple Bicycle Beer

A light and refreshingly tart ale brewed with unmalted red wheat and flaked spelt.

Our own custom blend of seven hops (Magnum, Simcoe, Sorachi Ace, Citra, Centennial, Amarillo and Crystal) used for bittering and dry hopping gives a fresh, spicy hop aroma and flavour with subtle overtones of citrus and summer fruits.

The addition of salt sourced from an ancient sea bed in the Grampians serves to enhance the hop profile and complement the soft malt character, while leaving a dry finish on the palate.

And it’s even light enough that you can pedal home after a few!
