Temple Brunswick Draught™

Brewed to celebrate our arrival in Brunswick, Temple Brunswick Draught™ is an easy drinking session beer that references classic Victorian beers of a bygone era.

It showcases the quintessential Australian hop – Pride of Ringwood – a hop that has fallen out of favour in recent times to fruitier New World varieties. Its earthy, spicy character lends a familiar and satisfying flavour and aroma. Sourced fresh from Tasmania’s hop fields, and used abundantly in the ‘hop back’ (where the hot wort is passed through a bed of fresh hop flowers before being cooled rapidly), Pride of Ringwood is set to become the new pride of Brunswick.

The hops are supported by a cast of ten malts sourced from around the globe, giving a rich and complex malt profile and generous mouthfeel.
