Temple Pale Ale

A full flavoured ale with a rich malt character, balanced by a clean bitterness and a refreshingly crisp, dry finish.

The signature of Temple Pale Ale comes from a blend of distinctive American hops including Magnum, Crystal, Amarillo and Cascade flowers. The combination delivers a spicy, floral citrus accent to the flavour and aroma.

To maximise the fresh hop character, we use a ‘hop back’ where the hot wort is passed through a bed of fresh hop flowers before being cooled rapidly.

It’s perfect to enjoy on its own or paired with your favourite dish.
