Temple Special Bitter
A comfortable, quiet achiever – a true rendition of a British favourite.
A richly flavoured, malty copper coloured ale with warm red highlights and a dense creamy head.
Two types of British Crystal malt and the famous Maris Otter – one of the few malts still produced using the traditional floor malting method – deliver a distinctively English flavour.
The palate is smooth and creamy, and balanced by an earthy dry bitterness from Bramling Cross hops. Challenger, Northdown and East Kent Goldings combine to give a rich fruity hop flavour and aroma that leads to a characteristically long bitter-sweet finish.
It’s a perfect session beer to enjoy with friends.
