The Brasserie
Great beer deserves great food. That’s why we built the Brasserie.
Temple Brasserie builds on the tradition of the combined brewery & brasserie popular in France – an informal place where beer is served with food all day, and historically the dishes are simple and hearty, reflecting the local cuisine of the brewers.
With the single aim of creating food that’s an ideal match to Temple’s unique beers, Head Chef Raymond Chang uses only the finest natural, organic, sustainable produce. Ingredients are sourced locally, but never at the expense of quality.
Raymond’s food is unpretentious and approachable – just like Temple beers. Following the principles of the Slow Food movement, his aim is to preserve culinary heritage and traditional techniques, and above all, serve food that is good, clean and fair.
It’s fast food meets slow food.
The Brasserie menu features Temple’s take on some junk food classics – because what else goes better with a good beer? It’s a slow version of fast food, and it’s bloody exciting.
